We understand that occasionally things may not turn out how you wished so we offer exchange or credit notes for your peace of mind.
A Returns Authorisation (RA) number should be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your return to receive this number. If the request for an RA, or the return of the item, falls outside of these timeframes, the item may not be accepted.
The item should be returned to Head Office within 14 days of receiving the items along with your original invoice and RA number. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags attached and intact. Please return items to the following address:

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or without tags
will not be accepted. Any return postage charges are at the customer’s
expense, unless the item is deemed faulty. We regret that we cannot
refund original or return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We will email you once the return has been processed.
In the case of an exchange, please note on the invoice received with your purchase the style, size and colour of the item you wish to receive in return. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a website credit will be issued for later use. If the exchanged item is of greater value, we will contact you in order to process payment.
We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty and a replacement cannot be offered, in which case we will also refund the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be credited in the original method of payment.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or offer credit notes on sale items. If a sale item is deemed as faulty, we will refund the cost if a replacement cannot be offered.
All prices on Fever Australia are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. It is possible to ship to New Zealand. Please contact head office at email@example.com to discuss shipping arrangements and prices. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship to other countries at this time, but we will inform you when this changes. Loss or damage in transit Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, however mishaps do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue and help you with the matter. Fever Australia will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend using express post for its traceability.
